2013 – You won’t hear anything about it from the mainstream media, but the federal government’s kangaroo “vaccine court” once again conceded, albeit quietly, that the combination measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) vaccine does, indeed, cause autism. In a recently [2013] published ruling, part of which was censored from public view, a young boy was awarded hundreds of thousands of dollars after it was determined that the MMR vaccine led to a confirmed diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
After being bumped around from court to court, Ryan Mojabi’s case was eventually heard by the vaccine court’s Autism Omnibus Proceedings, according to The Huffington Post. And in the end, the federal government agreed that Ryan’s encephalopathy had been caused by the MMR vaccine, a landmark ruling that confirms what Dr. Andrew Wakefield found more than 15 years ago when studying gut disorders in children given the MMR vaccine.
“Ryan suffered a Table injury under the Vaccine Act — namely, an encephalitis within five to fifteen days following receipt (of MMR),” admitted the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) regarding the case. “This case is appropriate for compensation,” it added, in full agreement with the court’s decision.
Of particular note in the case is the fact that concession documents by the government remain under seal. While the court and the government at large openly admitted that the MMR vaccine caused Ryan’s encephalitis, it did not make public its opinion on whether or not that encephalitis led to Ryan’s other injuries, including those that fall into the category of ASD. But the fact that these documents remain censored shows that the government is hiding something of importance from the public, which most definitely has to do with the connection between the MMR vaccine and autism.
How many children developed a serious disease such as autism after getting their vaccine shot? Only a handful of these parents decide to go through the hellish administrative fight with the court and pharmaceutical giants, and the ignorance about the possible complications of vaccination demoralizes many parents as well. This is why Big Pharma is doing everything it can to cover up the case of Ryan Mojabi and other similar cases as well.
You probably didn’t know that England confirmed that the dreaded MMR vaccine causes autism. Worried that the British government was holding this information away from the public, the Freedom of Information Act (FIOA) filed a request for these documents. They did this as there is an increasing number of children that develop brain disorders and autism after getting the vaccine, and the documents show that their concerns were reasonable. “The Ministry of Health paid compensation in many cases where children developed serious disease or autism,” Tina Cheatham, an advisor in the Directorate for Health Services said in a recent interview on CBS News. “The encephalopathy attacks cause autism and autistic behavior in children, as well as other diseases related to autism.”
The health department’s confirmation of the dangers of vaccination is of serious importance to millions of parents who have been wondering whether to vaccinate their child or not. The encephalopathy is a common side-effect of this vaccine, just as the documents released by the British Ministry of Health show. Glaxo Smith Kline and the British government have kept these documents hidden for years, but now they have finally seen the light of day. This means that the government was purposely poisoning our children in order for Big Pharma to profit.
