OMEGA 3-6-9

Omega-3 fats found in high percentage in flax seeds, nuts and salmon, actually help with aiding the body’s ability to respond to insulin. There are a number of other health benefits of omega 3 fats and they are considered essential because the body cannot make this important fatty acid.

Omega-6 fats are also labeled essential, and are what most Americans ingest in commonly used oils such as safflower and corn.

However, the ratio is what’s important: ideally 1:2 (omega-3:omega-6). Sadly, for more than 60 years this ratio has been steadily changing in our society reaching 1:20+ today! (And we are paying dearly for this unnatural change in our body composition.)

Omega 9 fatty acids, found in foods like sesame oil and avocados, are not

considered essential because the body can make small amounts. This is only possible though, when other omega fats are present

All of our omega-3 fish oil products are produced in the triglyceride form, which is the form naturally found in fish and the form the body most easily recognizes and absorbs. Triglyceride-form fish oils require more manufacturing steps, and take longer to produce, but for us, there’s no other way.

Our patented oxygen-free manufacturing process allows us to deliver industry-leading purity and freshness levels documented by third-party test results.
