Thank you so much for ordering our Orgonite! We are in the process of making your custom order by hand in Morocco. All orders take up to 40 days to receive. When your order is shipped we‘ll send you a tracking number. We ship using Fedex.
Due to a high volume of orders we ask that you please do not email us asking for the status of your order before the required 40 days. We can‘t answer emails asking for status updates on orders before the required 40 days. The exception to this is if you wish to cancel your order.
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order before the 40 days please notify us first by email using “Refund Request” in the subject line. Due to the increase in chargeback frauds with online purchases, please be aware that initiating a chargeback dispute with your credit card without contacting us by email first will delay your refund by up to 90 days, or may cancel your ability to get a refund all together.
