Dr. Milhoan, MD, PhD, FACC, FAAP has a PhD in Cardiovascular Physiology and Pharmacology. His dissertation was on the mechanism of inflammation in myocardial ischemia. He and his wife, Dr. Kimberly Milhoan, started “For Hearts and Souls,” a non-profit international organization to diagnose and treat children with heart defects across the globe.
