Many people want to know how to measure the effects of orgone energy. A common misconception is to think that this effect can be measured with a special kind of meter of some sort, such as an RF meter. However orgone energy does not work in this way and often people who want to measure it with scientific instruments don’t even know what it is that they are trying measure. For example, RF meters only measure the strength and direction of electromagnetic fields. They do not and cannot measure the toxicity levels of the field. A good analogy it a glass of dirty water, that gets put through a filter and on the other side of the process you have a glass of clean water. No, epoxy is not toxic for human health. We make all of our products using shungite, quartz, iron oxide, bronze, steel powders encased in an epoxy resin. This epoxy resin is a thermoplastic, which is the same material used to make most of your appliances today. Computers, laptops, cell phone cases are all made out of a thermoplastic epoxy resin. The process of making epoxy resin consists of mixing two parts, a liquid epoxy and a liquid catalyst. After mixing these two parts they “cure” into a solid sealed mass. During this curing process a natural chemical reaction is taking place to solidify the liquid. During the initial 20 minutes of curing, the chemical process does give off a slight odor which disappears after it is cured. We normally pour the epoxy and ventilate the room for this time period. After the epoxy is fully cured it is permanently sealed.
We have been asked if we use hemp in our orgonite with claims that hemp is less toxic than epoxy. The answer is no, we do not use hemp in hempcrete form because this does not create enough surface pressure needed on the ingredients to create the desired piezoelectric effect. It is for this same reason that we do not use beeswax.
We’ve also been asked if we use hemp plastic in our products. While we would love to use an epoxy made from hemp, this is not a product that is available at a consumer level. Hemp plastic technology is still relatively new and currently hemp plastics are only available in a few countries to large companies with multi-million dollar budgets. If a hemp epoxy comes available at a price that allows us to make our products and maintain our current cost of production, then we will happily embrace the new hemp technology.

We are often asked if these devices need to be charged in some way such as placing them in the sun, or under the moon, or in salt water etc. These orgone devices hold a permanent effect after they have been made. Once the resin cures it creates a piezoelectric effect that causes the device to emit a consistent yet passive orgone field that never diminishes in any way. You do not need to “recharge” the devices at any time. In some cases, when a device is first introduced to an electrically toxic environment the effect will feel very strong. This is because your body is adjusting to the relief from the consistent bombardment of EMF’s. Over time, your healthier energy around you will become a new “normal” for your body and the effect will not feel as strong as it first did. This just means that you have adapted to the new environment, it does not mean that the device has diminished its field in any way.
