SUGGESTIONS & GOALS

The main goal is to restore proper flora to the digestive tract, increase fiber, and eliminate possible food allergies.  Check for candida overgrowth, zinc deficiency, and decreased digestive secretions (pancreatic insufficiency and Hypochlorhydria).

Help increase digestion before each meal by taking a dropper full of bitter tinctured herbs such as Barberry or Dandelion.  Drink plenty of water and exercise regularly.
